Stalling after throttle release

So, what was the underlying condition that killed the coil, was it the high resistance of my king lead? It measures 12,000 ohms.
I did order a set of HT leads 12 months ago, but the king lead came with wrong plug end, so I didn’t change it, but did change the out x4 plug HT leads.

These spare king leads only measure 1,000 ohms. I am safe to assume then, the 12,000 ohm king lead, killed the coil.
End.

When your owner messes up a new HT lead install 12 months ago, then blames you for it; you’ll get cleaned as a form of an apology!
