Progress at last. If it's a decent spray booth it'll dry out very quickly. Bet you can't wait to see it in it's new coat :wink:

Todays progress. Filling & sanding started.

Evidence of previous accident damage to front drivers quarter. Couple of dents pulled out and skimmed over.

Rear drivers arch has had a panel fitted at earlier date. Accident or rot? Think it was probably accident damage as it as just fitted on top. Cannot see a join from inside.
Rear side window had pin holes at lower front corner. Rot cut out and plate welded in.

Passenger side looks straight and original.

Front panel had typical corrision at overlapped joint. Rust cleaned back and nothing perforated so it is being treated with rust inhibitor.

Called back round and delivered windows & rubbers for refitting after cut & polish.

Built up kitchen window this morning and droped off at painters.

Van now parked outside paint shop.

Painter also polished roof to remove old grime.
