Right, as van is getting less use now and colder days means less sunbathing and sangria its time to press on with this. After knowledge transfer with metalmick8y and some special tools coming my way its getting towards removing roof from 2nd shell and working out how to fit to mine.
First roof is for sale, see For Sale section. https://club8090.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=125003

I am still very tempted, even though I know it won't quite cover the roof tent...yet. I might just come down with it on the bus for a last-ditch try-out if no-one bites, though!

Now sold, so I'll soon have space to wrestle the second roof into shape.

And spare roof sold has now been removed. Maybe these longer evenings will give me the opportunity.

I've gots loads of questions. I'll fire away.
Any issues getting the fibreglass roof onto the tin? Did you have to cut or dissamble the roof to fit B pillar cross member?
What did you use to fix it down? How did you deal with the front lip over the windscreen?
Do you have a photo journal?

Thought you may have a few! Yes I have a photo journal and also many pictures of Dehlers being restored.

Right first things first : was your bus built to be a van or go to a camper conversion company? Meaning was it a westie or holdsworth or anything like that, or just a van?

It currently has a westy pop top on it as a factory roof not a mosaic, so curved b pillar crossmember and flat c pillar crossmember.

So the length of metal work that your interior lights sit in at the back, it goes all the way around the perimeter of the roof....if you look in over the top can you see the back of the interior light or is there a secondary skin over the top? This is important!!

I'd be interested in seeing restoration pics of Dehlers, unless they are of mine

No interior light at the back, however the roof is double skin.
