the picky above, its not rust but the remnant of burning dulux from the leading
nearly forgot to cut the holes for the water filler and gas charge point, this is 85mm
Image
the ladder, well I had to cut the old screws out/off as the rivnuts all spun/span ? and how these are going back in and loctited as well to boot then all will be secured via SS screws etc as usual

yip should do, you can never gt the correct profile/shape with a grinder even with a flex pad, well you can almost if youve done it enough but as a rule no , its the same as rubbing filler down with a da. dont its not the right way to do it, use a flat bed sander and a long one for wider areas, not talking depth as much as area.
use a surform in an adjustable handle plus other types you make .buy, adapt and also i have a bearing scraper that i got of an old guy 30+ years ago and its good for some areas, also use a die grinder and simmilar,
also as lead is toxic it dont do to have it sanded ground too much either,

you dont actualy think that those bits of grizzle hidden in a coating are actual cuts of chicken do you :rofl
its probably mainly fowl, but like most mass market foddder it will also be mechanically recovered ,reconstituted, reshaped and then added with all the things needed to make it taste like 'chicken' then covered in gloop and sent out to the outlets,
you eat it,im not :rollin
