When the mechanic took the pump off did you enquire about the state of the pushrod, sharp burr on engine end?

Hi Elmo i know i have commented previously on your thread (and had some wires crossed

) But the push rod is not adjustable it simply wears down, there are two lengths i believe they are 100mm and 110mm so take your old one out and measure it, the tip is supposed to have a point to it and not be flat.

just picked up my bus and its all fixed and running suprisingly better than it did before, turned out to just be crap in the fuel lines caused by me running it to low on fuel, tank has now been blown out aswell as the fuel lines and its back to good health.
i just wanted to say thankyou to everyone who has helped me with this problem, i really apreciate having good people like yourselves trying to help me in my time of distress,
glad to be back on the road!
