Can someone tell me where I can get adjustable / collapsible push rod tubes for my dg engine?

Some years ago, the engine was replaced and I opted for solid followers, which was an option at the time. Since then I have had one tappet that has needed constant adjustment, obviously I don't want to remove the head on that side as the engine is water and compression tight.

I was wondering if it would be possible to replace the follower, can anyone help?

You can get good ones from machine7.com:

http://www.machine7.com/section.php?xSec=1640" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I fitted a couple to my DG engine, it really couldn't be easier. 45 mins max, 100% seal.

When I used the JK & GFS ones I got an oil leak. The csp ones worked a treat.

Hi Sorry for jumping in but did you have to buy the complete set of gaskets - T25 79-83 2000cc (Air-Cooled) Engine Gasket Kit for £64.96 from http://www.coolairvw.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ?

I have a 2.0l CU engine and I too am about to change a leaking pushrod seal.
