1/2" foil covered sleeping mat (cross-linked polyurethane foam) - fully bonded with HD spray glue and joins lapped with
ally foil tape
PS. A lot of heat could leave through your seat box!

last weekend at abersoch with loft insulation in the panels and thermo blinds it was - odd but just about kept warm cud av done with tha missus tho !

Wouldn't the loft insulation hold moisture?
Is it best to stick it in plastic bags maybe?

Yes the loft insulation does hold moisture, it acts just like a sponge, looks the best bet to use the silver stuff they got further up.
