totally rusted rear wheel arch - replacing

yeah , am seriously considering gluing (!)
the repair panel on the outside with this evostik metal glue i found in halfords yesterday , tested it and works fine on 1 mm sheet , so plan a is glue with a smear of seamsealer along edges , and the odd spot and lap weld , with an attempt at filler to smooth it in ; titass is right tho , booger to hide the join .
So plan b
would be to find a way of slipping it inside and yet retain the end of the sill/rocker- but may still use the glue .
Also , welding will be a noightmare from inside , unless i cut away some inside panel and stiffener and reweld it later , these repair guys REALLY earn their money .
