Yes^^ just line them up and push/bang them on, they clip under the edge of the wheel. It was thanks to this thread I decided to get a set myself, there's loads for sale around 10-15 quid.Image

Ah, I must be being stupid. I thought the white trim were white beauty rings - I guess they're just painted wheels?
