Update, been pretty slow this week with lots of other things going on, made my first bend in some 1.5 inch pipe and made up the first rear bracket out of 5mm plate

will be widening the holes as per OEM, just waiting for the bits to arrive so I can do that and make the brackets for the other end :)

The ducting is 63mm ID single ply silicone ducting. I got it from a company I used to work for but there's a few ebay sellers listing it.
Here's one:

Hi Boxy, what length of tubing was used for each side and did you insulate any of it ?

Didn't bother insulating it, just used it as is. I can't remember how much I bought, but 2-3 mtrs is probably enough depending on how you route it.
