OK I have done a Word version of the form which you can download here:
http://www.syncronauts.org.uk/Downloads ... n_form.doc
I think the idea is to complete the form (apart from the signature) and email it to Jean-Claude as soon as you can. He will then get you to sign it when you arrive and pay.

Have a great trip people. I'd have loved to have come along, but this year I need to weld my pickup so I'm saving for panels and a MIG welder..

Pics soon..
In queue waiting for ferry looks like a rough crossing after a week of good weather.
A great experience, intense laning 8 days solid.. working our way upstream to Vernon nr Paris from West of Rouen all along the Seine Valley (a fleuve, not a river! )
Great evenings usually starting with apéro, ending with anything or everything.
Well recce'd, mapped and quizzed...
Would take a month of Sundays to write it all up.
740 French miles on clock, possibly 200 off-road. A deep long wade yesterday. .
Vids and Photos shown last 2 nights on projector in village hall..
Overall convivial atmosphere and good fun in 5 equipes with leaders, sometimes all 30 visiting local interest ogether - 23 still camping last night, last to leave Panilleuse at 2 ish today, village hall cleaned spick, we lunched al fresco again and only President and ex President left to wave goodbye to.
Dai Debs left yesterday noon, Jez Sat morn?, Paul early this morn to Croatia!!! Via Beauvais airport, Mat and Patrick earlier today to collect some vital spares for Patricks van, both now back on English soil.
Can now see DFDS ferry docking 20 mins late... will sort some pics and vids tomorrow.

We had a great time, great company , stunning scenery , mostly good weather, some broken bits ( exhaust mount, CB not playing ball and that damn squeaky wishbone bush , Patrick can tell you all about his forced pit stop

) the French Syncro club really went to town, interesting to see how they use their vans and how they like to lunch (2 hours!) each day started about 9ish and we were still driving a 7 most days. Lanes were gentle but beautiful and all of them wound their way through the most amazing looking scenery. Easily spent about 4-5 hours a day on green lanes
Highlights...dai's beard, Paul's cooking and new video gadgetry, Patrick's beers, Clive and Jenny on the CB, Clive when he's had a few, Clive in his Woolley hat, the NATO canopy with double mattress and duvet, the great collection of vans, great stories of travels and general vehicle tom foolery especially from jean Francois & jean Claude.
Downsides...I shall never eat Pâté of The Head again, getting caught mildly off piste with Paul, not having a campfire to stare at.
All in all a top knotch Syncro indulgent week and only down the road from me , for once. Will post pics soon.

Unfortunately Jes you missed Dai's speed runs over the gravel outside the village hall yesterday morning after you had left. Raised eyebrows from a certain quarter, until informed it was a request of the whole French club! Have video, great sound and vehicle control as braking distances minimal !
