I suspect the thread will get much longer as more people try it for themselves - it would probably justify having its own section on the forum so questions can be easier to raise and find.

One of the advantages for me in the roller method (apart from the cost!), is that if the van does get a prang or a scratch or rust spot, I won't be devastated about damage - I can simply get the sander and roller out and it'll be as good as new.

I had quite a few cynical neighbours passing comment when they saw me overalled up ready to start work at the weekend, I must admit even the most cynical was suitably impressed with the results. I'm just waiting now for warmer and dry days so I can grab an hour or two to give the rest of the van a coat, section by section.

I second this. As inspiring as this thread is - it's a bit of a monster!
I think a thread of before and after pics would be excellent.

I do think Covkid should take the credit and start one, as if I or anyone else started one it would seem like we were cashing in on covs hard work.

Yep, as it says on DVD, you have a working time of around 3 minutes on one area.

I just clicked the link and it worked for me.
I seemed to have put my Dvd in a safe place away from the kids and can't find it now I'll probably find it in a kids Dvd box sometime.

The first link works to the sickfly website but when you click Buy Now above SagePay and PayPal it says page not found. Any ideas? Thanks
