As for myself, autoglass handled all the glasswork in and out, and no new rubbers were needed.

I'm in the process of filling minor dents, treating areas of rust, and generally getting her nice and flat. Whether roller or spray, prep is everything so I'm allowing myself plenty of time to remove any imperfections prior to the painting. Once I'm at that stage I'll put together a "how I did it" page that may inspire others.

if you are gonna roller"knacker laquer) tek, on a van with as many seams as these, and as many sharp angles be prepared for a mariage breakdown, the sack from work, a nervous breakdown, lose all of your freinds etc. let us know how get on !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have already considered all of these issues and have a painting plan to get around the issue of angles. There aren't that many to be honest and the few that are are hidden (like under guttering for instance) and these can be done with a foam brush.
Main thing is prep and lots of it. Doors are being done separately. Rustoleum does go over rust no prob apparently but I'd rather spend the time and treat any suspect areas with the right gear. Vast majority of a T25 is flat and the small high density rollers can handle almost every angle with ease.
Its worth following the thread and subsequent links to see just how good the finish can be. Paint is much harder finish than celly or 2-pac and easy to add subsequent coats later (say for scratches) as fade resistence is extremely good.
As I say I'll post the story once I start including any problems I encounter but providing the viscosity is right I don't see any major probs. Its certainly possible to achieve a showroom finish.

clear over base is what you see on custom cars and is EASY, but you do seem certain this roller thingy is the way forward.. each to his own though.
