Window Seal Bundle Kit (6 Part For Panel Van Conversions / Black Insert) J12699-J10743-J10738-J10686 1 £ 86.96
1 x Windscreen Seal Not For Chrome Trim £ 0.00 J10743
1 x Tailgate Window Seal (Rear No Trim ) £ 0.00 J10738
1 x Side Window Seal Middle Rear For Converted Panel Vans Black Insert £ 0.00 J10686

I have since bought a genuine VW front window screen rubber as they apparently fit better that JK ones.
Can I check the rest are OK for my van? Do I have a panel van? And if they are will the rubber be ok for the blind's type window above the cooker?
Thanks

the 4 rear side windows have the universal rubber that you trim to length.
when fitting do not pull the rubber , this will eventually lead to a gap on the join- just look at lots of campers.
instead try pushing backwards and using as much of the rubber as you can - same for the insert.
you must have missed this when you bumped

Cheers Kev. I did wonder if Charlie was a transitional layout between the wrap around and the units-all-along-one side type.
I think I will look into getting him the way he should be.

Oh sorry didn't see that.
So I can't use the rubbers from JK and need to get the stuff I cut to length? Or have I misunderstood?
If I can still use them will one be OK for the louvre window?

Lucky escape on the rust front my friend, i've been doing same to my westy and what a relief when you don't find too much of it! Are you going insultae and / or use any anti0-drumming materials on inner panels? I'm still not sure if apart from some bitumen type pads its worth using bubble wrap and sealing voids behind units, have been all sorts of contradictory threads. Are you doing work self or £££? Good luck and keep showing us.

Hello mate,
Yea a big sigh of relief when i lifted the roof today. I am in the process of researching sound deadening and insulation but as you there is so much information and views about it.
With regards to the work me and the gf are doing it all spart from the welding. We are going to re upholster the seats and carpet the wall etc. units i think we will sand and varnish. But at the moment its welding then prepwork for rustoleum painting
