Webastos are supposed to be 10.5 but start to get shirty at anything below 11.75v ish.

Sounds like the igniter unit has packed up. Think the one click is the gas valve solenoid being opened but should then be going tick tick tick until the gas ignites.
They are available from propex for the costly sum of about 80 quid, or if you are cunning, an igniter unit from a 12v fridge can be fitted instead.
