Blimey Neil, never heard of self-addictive sound-proofing before, but guess that's what jenny thinks my ears are made of

hi rich van was pretty good to start with but that hasn`t stopped me doing just about everything to it. ( more than once i might add ). dont think i`ll ever finish it as i keep changing my mind as to what i want it too be.
MV is the engine code which was in there origonally. 2.1 flat 4 boxer petrol engine. very similar to the DJ that folks talk about but with different computer malarky and a catalytic converter. any progress on your van.

Pressure washed mine for the same reasons - didn't come up like that unfortunately. Still a bit furry.
I need to find some sand....
Thanks - I'm still finding my way around the idiosyncrasies of the syncro and T25.

Plasic media stripping is also very good, especially for thin panels (low mass, no stretching)

Soda is the best as there is no heat involved so large panels can be blasted with no fear of distortion. Only problem with soda is the cost as special blasting machines are needed and the media is four times as expensive as grit and the like.

I meant on the inevitable scabs found under the fuel tank.
The zinc spray is ace, worth applying before the Dinitrol.
