Not sure thats an EMC conversion though.Looks more like a Reimo to me..

(In this picture you can see I have removed the side window, and welded a panel back in, because it had rotted all around)
I dont think he butt welded it, butt may be the wrong choice of word here,oops wrong forum :rofl :rofl

I tacked it into place then welded in inch sections, 1 inch top 1 inch side 1inch bottom.... all the way around, took me ages.


Not sure thats an EMC conversion though.Looks more like a Reimo to me..

I thought it was a reimo, I did some research as never seen the roof before, and was told it was an EMC by a seller in harrogate. I'm not 100% sure as had never heard of EMC before but any info on EMC is always welcome as I will need a new canvas at some point. :?

I am pretty certain that is a Reimo roof and interior.The interior is identical to mine.Although my van not a Reimo conversion.I would say its the same as this.And a pic of a reimo interior.(neither of these pics are of my van)

It's Reimo-styleeeee ... note the small sticker to the top-left of the fridge on a real Reimo. Very similar though :ok

The roof is wedge shaped, gets taller at the rear.

I know very little about conversions I'm just trying to work out what she is, apart from a mess

Stop bliddy knocking yourself, your doing the van arent you , they all look carp when in "transition stage" :D ,theres nothing wrong with what youve been doing

I like the external access gas locker! You seem to be gettin on great with it, mine was just as bad as yours so keep up the good work!

Thanks for the encouragement :ok

Worked on front ns flexi today, the flexi wA rusted to the bracket, a few tugs and the bracket came away.
Made a plate and fitted the bracket to it just need to weld plate in now.

Also found a wooden and ball bearing swivel seat once I removed the passenger seat!

Good work, Im really glad youve made the flexi bracket and welded it on , just as it should be :ok
