Just to add to Billy comments above...it also includes corrosion/rust ie rotten holes within 30 cm of seat belt mounts and towbar mounts....billy739 wrote:more just the mot regs
put very basically- rust is allowed as long as it dosent effect steering or braking or within 12inches of a brake / steering/ suspension mounting or be so bad that it creates a sharpe edge that can injure a pedestrian
