Here a pic of the passenger side of my van looking forward from the battery box.



The "box section" under the runner nearest the centre of the van is open at the bottom so you should be able to get at the nut(s) that the runner is held down by. A socket on an extension should do? The section under the outer runner is sealed so that's why the bolts have been extended through the wheel arch.

It's hard to be sure from your photos but I think the runners you can see in my picture have been cut out of your van to fit the other seats. It looks like the edge of the weld is visible where they have been removed. If they have that's a real bugger because the "new" seats your got look like T25 standard seats but there won't be a way to mount them without having the "missing" runners welded back in.

I tried for hours to get those pesky bolts out from that box section - I'll just have to stick at it. Soul destroying

What I'm thinking now is buying universal seat runners which I can weld to the original T25 seats 'U' section.

Have you tried using a mirror and a torch to have a look and see what sort of fitting the bolt is screwed into? Or you could try taking a photo with a digital camera to see what's going on inside the box section. Can you get a socket on the "nut" inside the box section? If you're struggling maybe it's not an ordinary hex nut?
