If it is the rubber seal where the filler neck goes into the tank you could fit it in situ if you removed wheel to give yourself some space and grease the rubber up a bit.

so I was able to get the rubber gasket out myself, and half of it was split. (cant post a pic cos limit as been reached!)
replaced with a new one, and so far so good.

You have to host the photo outside of 80-90 and link it insine the [img] brackets
