That's about right with Norfolkline in August 2011. I paid them £54 pounds for the same booking this year. That is one hell of an increase. They are still by far the cheapest for August so far though.

Just wait a minute whilst I pick my bottom jaw up off the floor.

We paid £34.00 RETURN in August this year and that's including taxes and everything (Norfolk Line) a definate plus for the poptop.

Hey up just been reading your post asking for cheap ferries. Last year we went from dover to dunkerque for £36 return in june. just checked you a price and to go in august on the 6th at 8am and returning on the 20th at 10am for a vw campervan and 2 adults its £90 which i think is quite a good price. The website we booked thro last year is www.seaview.co.uk. We had no probs and even when we turned up early they allowed us to go on earlier ferry and we was at campsite for lunchtime. hope this is of some use. andy

Hmmph,

that website wont let me put in a vehicle hight of 3.3m for plymouth->Roscoff. Thats no good is it!

Whats the length of your van Mark? 4.8m?

Its 5020mm iirc , I do 4m high and 5 or 6m long , it hasn't ever made any difference in the price
