just put a set of kl71`s on my delica and drove the 15miles home was expecting a bit of buzz but their quiet at speeds between 20mph and 60mph. there`s a very slight buzz at 5 / 10 mph but that goes.

early days but so far so good.

Interesting tyre that KL71 but its a directional tyre so you need two spares if you do a lot of off roading

yes true. i was buying 6 when i bought for the syncro anyway so that wasn`t a issue. with the delica its also 2wd so i just bought 4. that was expensive enough but the wife likes them so all is well.

I had General grabber AT's in 235/75 15 on 15" Et 37 steelies on my DoKa (RIP), they were great but you loose some power and I had to cut the front arches. I also drove a SiKa (not mine) 600km on BFG AT's in 235/75 15, they were great too and fitted without culling the arches, don't know what the rims were. These do well with a well tuned DJ, but I would not run them on anything less powerful. Load ratings on both are way over what you need. I would run them again any day for summer tires, narrower are better in snow, and I need space for chains so I would probably go for the new 14" BFG's and ad studs for the winter. I can recommend these if you can live with lower mileage and crappy acceleration (0-100kph in about a minute and a half with a tired DJ). I didn't get a chance to test the properly off road but they work great in bat condition and forest roads.
I love the look:
