As I said, a bit of wood will do me fine..... :rofl

There is to my knowledge, nothing you can adjust on the back without a grinder and welder which leaves only the front and on a T25 (which compared to some modern cars has all the grace of an elephant) doesn't in my view warrant spending a fortune setting it up. Providing you're careful, do everything on level ground it will be close enough. If we had baby smooth roads then I can understand it but these days you won't have to travel far before you encounter speed humps and pot holes and goodness knows what else. If you don't feel confident in setting it up yourself by all means give it to a garage that is competent enough to do it but as I said, its not rocket science once you get stuck in.

Theres a whole chunk here which may be useful: https://club8090.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.p ... r&start=15" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

samk..
I had mine done at http://www.felthamtyre.co.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; because this is where my local VW van centre recommended for alignment/camber etc... I think they charged me £60 or thereabouts, phone for a quote.. BUT... at first they (like the poster above) didn't touch the camber because they didn't know how to do it !!! I had to point out that it was adjustable, via the eccentric bolt, and they then did it and I haven't had problems since (this is after upper wishbone bush replacement)
so get a quote... and be persistent !

had mine done (was noticing serious scrubbing on passenger side)

laser jig thingy...took the guy about 20 minutes....£18.50....seems spot on now (having replaced the dodgy tyre)

vantage tyres in stoke on trent / newcastle under lyme....decent bunch.

i had been to kwikfit...said they could not do vans ?????

local VW independant (good) £40 to £60 dependant on how it went ???

pays to shop around
