Bought a white pvc chopping board from Sainsburys and cut a couple rings out and placed them in position.
Done the job a treat. Dead easy. Amazin what 20mm will do on one back wheel.
Where are you trying to put it?
It's impossible for it not to fit!
On top of the rear spring between the body and the rubber spring seat.
"Brickwerks" lettering the right way up and the flat face outwards.

Bilbo Blue wrote:Sorry, as you said, it's only one part.
Tried to fit it on top of the spring with the 'cup' facing the spring. (Hope that makes sence)
The spring wouldn't fit over the inner lip.
Used it ok upside down (I say it was upside down, I don't know for sure as there were no fitting instructions) with pvc packer between it and the rubber.
(The ally shim wasn't thick enough to compensate the lean on the van).
The cup faces away from the spring, flat face to spring, that way you can read where it says "Brickwerks"
Your van must of had a real list on for that amount of shim not to cure it! I would be looking elsewhere for problems, swap the springs side to side or something, or spread some of the weight out inside.

Thanks for the reply Simon.
Looks like I fitted it the correct way, all-be-it with my extra packing beteen it and the rubber.
Dare say the bus could do with new springs and shocks all round when i can afford it.
Will come to you when the pennies are saved.

I'm sure the material in sainsbury's chopping boards are rated to hold the weight of a T25

After all the are called chopping boards as opposed to spacers !!!!
Dead easy
indeed as in
dead may be the result for you or someone else when they fail. Will also be dead easy for a vehicle assessor to know what went wrong with your van and for you to fail the MOT.

Tosh.
An MOT tester fitted it for me.
Two others passed the van for MOT in the last two years.
The board is under compression and in worst case senario it will get thinner over time.
No different to the rubber spring insulator between the spring and chassis.
The van won't suddenly drop on one side and if it did, it wouldn't cause it to roll end over end down the road!
Have the cast aluminium ones been rated? Quoting the Brickwerks site, 'We have trialled these sets on our own vehicles'.
Well i'm trialling the PVC spacer on mine and I tell ya, it works fine for me!
