Phil , I can't understand , it was all good on the bench but its not now ? where is it mounted , post up a picture first before you rip it out and one of the pump , cos that has to be angled correctly to


and you will need replacement ebber gaskets if your going to strip it down and de-coke

The heater is under the van with the pump angled down in the direction of flow, gravity may give it a helping hand I will post pics tommorow though to see if I have missed anything.

Wrong.
Read the installation manual!
Pump must be angled upwards towards the heater as must the fuel line otherwise air bubbles will get trapped and restrict your heating!!
Follow the installation instructions - that is what they are for.

Only gone and done it with guidance from dubstar and everyone else on the forum.

tWas the pump not being angled bliddy stupid design now it gets lovely and warm after 15 mins. Now just to sort out the fuel leak I am in love with a beautiful camper again

hours and hours for the sake of moving the pump 90 deg goes to show read the manual.
