You won't regret spending the money on a pop top screen. If you're moving around a lot, it saves having wet material to deal with. We camped in a gale that destroyed a lot of tents - minimal water penetration of the silver screen. Mine is getting quite worn out now. I'll be buying a new one when it bites the dust.

I've found them on Brickwerks before, but oddly can't find them now! http://www.brickwerks.co.uk/index.php?o ... t&Itemid=9

I was given mine second hand. :ok

Sorry, missed your response. Looks interesting :ok

Cheers The BCE! So the pop-top screen goes on the outside, right? So it prevents the cold air meeting the pop-top canvas and thus reducing condensation, I guess! My moonraker pop-top on the inside is dripping with condensation these days! hehe.

Right. Looks like I am going to have to go for the full spaceship look :D I'll probably save on electricity anyway, by not using the heating as much, I guess...

Cheeeeeeeers,

I wish I could get mine given second hand

All you need is the above, some suckers, some edging tape, hm silver gaffer does the trick and some spare time, and you can make your own silver screens for the windows and pop top.

Took me half a day to make all

No condensation issues so far. I fasten the pop top screen down at the back. Works really well.

I've gone for the JK silver thermo pads for now and when I get them I'll go camp in the middle of a snowstorm and see how well they work :ok

Next stop (after battery charger) will be pop-top protection! :D
