Thanks for all your help folks but I've spent the day scrubbing them bare with wet 'n' dry, then scrubbing them in 'kick ass' cellulose paint thinners, followed by a spray of satin black. They still look like mutton dressed as.........well, mutton really but they're going to have to do because I have a deep seated problem parting with £150ish for something that serves no use whatsoever other than vanity otherwise I'd have bought an overseas wife

They do serve a purpose, for once, they do help with the stability at high speeds. BUT £150 is stooopid money I agree.

The only purpose an AirDam does on a T25 is enhance the looks to the lower front end, and if you want stability at (high speeds)----
then fill a hundred weight bag of sand and stick it ontop of your spare wheel,

--- or to drive in a straight line Run it on Rails-----------

Well, I'm with Louey on that one!
I thought the whole idea of it was to stop so much air getting underneath the van and "lifting" it off the road. I know I paid £100+ for mine and it seems to have helped ................................. or would that be the extra £500+ for supension, steering and wheel mods that did the job???!!!
