Just took mine off from, underneath and it looks pretty messy inside (will post pics when I get chance). It was full of insect shells/sand and god knows what else. No cold air blows at all and it clicks a couple of times then stops. There is power to it and the motor inside the box but I have a feeling the motor is seized solid.

The glow plug gets warm and thats about it. Does it matter which way the wires go on the fuel pump? I would guess mine is kaput. Anyone recommed a repairer or complete replacement??

I have certainly started something here. My Eberspacher is inside the van under the rock'n'roller so is somewhat protected from the bugs and the elements. It looks pristine but I better have a look inside though to see what beasties might have invaded the unit.

dont forget that the ones under the bed are just the heating air inlet/outlet. it's the combustion ones underneath the bus that matter :ok
