I have the correct pipe here but it goes to the oil cooler. (that thing that sits between the filter canister and the engine?
Any way the 15 mm diameter elbow reduces down to 12 mm once it gets to the metal pipe, Has your pipe got any metal inserts in it?

so if I get 16mm and it drops down to 12mm, isn't that too much hose to tighten and will it be a snug fit? doesn't sound like it
so complicated

does you pipe get smaller in O/D after the elbow?
we are on about this hose?

yes, that's the hose......
no it does not get smaller after the elbow.....15mm seems big....I assume you have the Haines Manual, doesn't it say in there what size hose is needed to attach to that pipe each end?

OK I have the hose here that fits on the pump where yours is.
it measures 15mm on the inside at one end and 10mm on the inside at the other
the end which is 10mm is the water pump it's 4 inches long
