hopefully this will help you get sorted
I dont think you should be out of pocket returning any item if it is not as described

Wooohooo,
well after a conversation with PayPal that got nowhere and following sending them the pictures, a very nice man from EBay contacted me and said as the vendor had replied with a conditional refund in the "not as materially described" dispute and after seeing the photos in the interests of "natural justice" they have refunded ALL my money without me having to pay to return it.
He was appalled at the miss description.
The vendor has yet to say what he want to do with the part, which I will happily take to a courier for him.
AHHHHHHHH faith in the world restored.

Too many sellers on Ebay rely on the difficulty/expense of returning goods when misdescribing goods. I am glad to see that Ebay came up trumps for you especially as their other arm Paypal wouldn't play fair.

Just to confirm the above is was NOT Billys it was item no 260375739872 offered for asle by DUBPARTSUK.
Strangly they havent replied as to what they want me to do with the part now they have to pay postage to get it back, you would think if it was so perfect they would be falling over themselves to get it back......lol
