225/40s up front and 245/40s on the back all with lowered springs slightly raked towards the front. I also fitted a set of Bilstein sport shocks on the front and have some spring adjust's to fit on the front to help with the bounce.
No fowling of the arches either, and it corners great.
NICE WAGON......
Yep it seems tuffer shocks n good springs are them way

Have you got stiffer shocks with the JK springs?

sorry just looked at this thread again, i had -60mm jk with hd dampers, pep has them on his van, i have a suspicion that they a lots lower than -60
now i thought that the ride was not unbearable, ok on most dual caragways and motorways, poo on back roads, no realy bad bordering on scary. get youself a good quality kit do not mess about with cheapo stuff it will cost you more in the end, i will not recomend who to buy it from as i have purchased the pile of crap from the nicest people and been offered the best from the most miserable buggers i have known

you know who yo are and i am learning slowly. does not make you less misserable though

Pinpin that van is sweet
I've got some AVO adjustable dampers for the front and i'm going to do the back dampers later.
once lower i will prob get narrower tyres if needed. I dont drive it hard so will be cool i reckon.
going about 50mm.
Didn't get chance last fri so will put pics up once done.

Drew - What amount of lowering have you had done to your van? I'm torn at the min between the 50 or 70mm AVO kits, will be going for a set of 18's too. Your van looks great with that wheel / lowering combo.

The deed is done.
Avo adjustables on the front and going to get blistens for the rear
Used bmw 3 series touring springs on the rear. Controversial but worked a treat.
As i'm skint i have bodged the fronts too see how low to go so i will order 70mm springs now i'm happy.
Has rubbed a few times so going to roll the arches rolled next week.
Cheers for all the coments

Well , its easy to see i did the arches my self, BUT it was an emergency as the arches lip was trimming the tyres alot,
so i used a round headed hammer and metal dolly and slowly tapped the arche lip up and out wards.
Will flare them more but not had the time. the vertical lip is now starting to flare out.
Like this
Shocking diagram but you get the idea ( supposed to be a side view)
The van is going to be resprayed so making the arches look good again should be ok.
