Kev...you are a star! That is exactly the kind of thing I was hoping existed but suspected no-one made due to lack demand for them!

I think I might very well have to consider one of them.. cheers chap :ok

much cheaper to buy a bilge blower off ebay and their comment about noise and heat warp wouldn't matter if you fitted it in the engine bay blowing thru the exchangers.

hmm fitting in the engine bay aint a bad idea

As a matter of ruling out any stupidity I checked the heater flaps on my heat exchangers last night and on one of them the cable had slipped on the clamp and was not opening so I did the old trick of able tie'ing them open and bingo lots more heat! - still thinking of a blower though for when in slow/stationary traffic

Would it be safe to say that any increase in airflow that a pull fan will introduce to the system, will assist the work of the heat exchanger?

it does bring the warm air through at a greater velocity so you do feel the benefit without a doubt

Hi Doug,
Bluebird unit iro £400...
JK full exhaust iro £400....
The amount of heat I now have available after fitting the JK system is fantastic. Driving around in a t shirt even in this weather!
Maybe just fit new heat exchangers ?
Regards
Andy.

Swapping the heat exchangers is a reet pain/gamble as not only do I have to drop the donkey out it's also an unknown how much better or even worse replacement exchangers will be.. I do have a couple of spare exchangers and have pondered on swapping them over and then though against it! hehe
