Well done Harry! U guessed correctly!

I did indeed win the panal van on ebay but to be honest I was surprised to get it! :o

I put my last bid on with over an hour to go then went out on a prior engangement thinking Id lost it.

Anyway... had some great plans to convert the Weinsburg to RHD and possibly change all the drive train over aswell but already have had some discussions on the matter and it would appear to do the RHD conversion would be very difficult.

Would be interested to hear comments on the differance between a 1.9 petrol and a 2.1 injection drive train. If there is a differance that is.

So it looks like I'll be selling on my toyota hilux and using the syncro panel van in her current form, no mods, for work from now on.

She looks a beauty!!!

One last thing if that mileage is genuine thats only 2100 miles a year!!!! Is this the lowest milage syncro around?

Nip down a vw van center, give them the reg, and have a look to see what's been done and when.

Excellent news, they look better than cut up campers :)

Well, maybe a bit excessive, but I'd still call that a bargain!

Well done. You out bid me by £100.99p. I got delayed in town and didnt get back in time to win it. Had I won it I would have restored it to its former glory and stored it in a nice dry shed and used it for shows for a few years and let it gain in value ....... :(

What had they been doing CJ? Airport buses?

No chance of leaving this lovely bus lying around gathring dust!!! But paddy you can rest assured she will be lovingly cared for! And in a few years, when shes gained a little more in value, I'll offer it to you first since you missed out by such a small amount.

As for the mileage CJ you could have sent me one of those speedos couldnt you!!!

Thanks for the bits you did send I fitted them earlier this week and alls well! :ok
