Must say there's a really good write up about 'ET' in the Brickyard that explains everything

I have been down this road the brms and all the wheels from midland are ET6
They will fit but be prepared to change the wheel bearings on a regular bases
you can not change this as the wheels stick out so spacers will make it worse

Steve is a sort of Guru on wheel fitment guys, if i have a query I ask him first and i'm talking bout 10" x 18" Porsche sort of size! - If he says they're nae good they are highly likely not gonna be any good!! And he drives a van called Cyril...
The off set is WRONG (sorry i didn''t read they were the usual BRMs

) they actually narrow your vehicles stance, MWS wheels have reports all over the web for their products not being not as good as they think they are or ar eyou happy with 1 year old corroded rims?
Emma I'm fairly sure that your wellers will be fine just going from my past knowledge & experiences of them plus the fact Wellers will always be cool...

Peet,
thanks!
Yeah - wellers are cool....which is why my second t25 has just got a set! Paid £40 for the first set with hubcaps, and £24 for the second set (no hubcaps). Prefer them to the alloys.
Will still read the wheel, just coz I wanna know where it shows on the wheel!

I must admit i'm getting a hankering for a 2nd van - got my flash van but fancy a Viking Circus top van n run it on Wellers...

PEET- that's what the second van will be!
currently a velle with the factory rnr 3 seater in the back.....got the viking roof in the garage, found a brand new replacement canvas (not used coz they didn't like the colour...) that I am picking up soon.....so hopefully it will turn into a superviking pop top on wellers!
What colour should the van be with a bright in your face yellow pop?

wellers are only kewl if they are white, any other colour (silver ) is pants, black is double pants, wellers are white!!
sorry, as you were........

Agree, wellers gotta be white with the red n blue stripes too n especially posh with the chrome caps!
Which colour are you thinking then Emma? Me I'd Banana the whole bus (raising roof too white is boring!) and insert a white top to the body like you see on some early velles to break it up a bit - ooh and of course chrome bumpers I jus love them on any van!!
Oddly enough my nex very long term project van is gonna be yellow...

ok...both sets of wellers are white, with the pin stripes...but both are rusty in places.....
how do I keep the kewlnes, and make the wheels white? mask off the pinstripes???
yeah...thinking the van will be yellow andwhite, as will my new beetle. Then I can buy rustoleum. Thnking of giveng the van mainly yellow with a little white (roof will stay white - just get a lick of paint), and the beetle will be mainly white, with yellow doors.
think we ar e little off topic....

paint the wheels white, then get a very thin horsehair brush, and with the wheel on the van, jacked up, spin the wheel and paint the lines back.... takes a couple of goes to get it right, and i did mine on a trailer spindle in the workshop........ you need it to spin a whole revolution in one go at least, and its tricky to get it to do that on the van i found( well on the back anyway.........
alas, i painted mine again after and never got round to re striping them, but i will before the bashtie...... hopefully.
