i`ve fitted ford, rover and belive it or not nissan bluebird ex seats 
.
all have been more comfortable than the std seats but i`ve found them all to be bulky in the cab if you know what i mean.
next i think i`m going to try and strip a std seat and and pad it out recaro style with good lumber support and fit armrests of a t4 which are more available.
hopefully will end up with a good looking comfy seat thats small in the cab.
