Sorry for the late response - been away on business.
I fitted the window kit and a central locking system at the same time.
The first door took the longest (about 3 hours), the second door I finished in under two hours.
There is plenty of room for the central locking, the motors are install underneath the lock itself.
It is not a hard job, but experience of working in small holes is an advantage.
My central locking has suddenly packed up - blast.

One thing I did forget to mention.
The white plastic adaptors that go between the driving bit and the original winder mechanism are supposed to be locked together with a small self tapping screw.
I still have not got round to doing that yet.
I cannot remember why I did not fit it, I think it was peeing me off and kept falling out.

All in , and working , if i was to do it again , i'd start with the the drivers door, much easier to tread 3 wires than 6 , talking of which i used the vent tunnel to thread the wires from side to side
they arent the fastest in the world and my passenger one is slooowwwwww ,but thats mainly due to the lack of grease in the pipe work , which i will sort out at the weekend .. all in all quite an easy mod and well worth it

sorry , didnt take any , but same as tittus , one thing i did have a wee problem with was the little bolts that are on the motor end of the unit , no way were they long enough to take the fixing bracket and the motor , so i used longer bolts ,

the vent tunnel to thread the wires from side to side
-
I wasn't very happy about the cable layout. I had the Window loom and the Central locking bound with spiwrap and fed through a hole that I bored in the door.
Then I took your route and used the vent tunnel, no need to drill any holes.
I found an old airbed foot pump and used the hose off it to house the cabling.
The hose is a ribbed affair of about 1" dia. It looks the business now and I have spare room for the leccy mirror looms.
Cheers T'Onion for the tip.

i have now fitted these also.
electric windows,
central locking
alarm with remote for central locking
again running the wiring was the hardest part, I took the dash out to do a neat job, dash out, electrics in a tested and dash back in in a day.
I'm happy with the job. Now all i need to do is try come up with a solution for the sliding door!!
