Hi,

Different angle on this one Tone. Have had this problem of low battery/clicking when trying to turn/start other cars/vans in the past.

It was usually one of the terminals on the battery not tight enough (or because they were a bit loose, oxidation of terminal built up and then gave bad conductivity). Usually a quick clean up of both terminal posts on the battery, good solid tightening of terninals then sorted the 'clicking' (arching) and got the thing going.

Worth a go after you've given that batter a good charge too hopefully  Cheers.

disconnect your split charger , it could be that its sticking open and discharging both batteries , then charge the main battery over night / 24 hours

Got a reading of 12.03 and 14.0 with the engine running. That should charge it. How do i disconnect the split charger?

either in the zig unit or it could be a relay somewhere between the main and leisure battery

I have got a black box with a relay and fuses in the engine compartment. should i just remove the relay? The leisure battery has dropped voltage considerably over night to 10.77 volts and the main battery is at 12.38 is that not enough to turn it over.
