I thought I'd post what I've PMd... in case anyone else is interested.

Yes, I have been running a CU engined camper for a while - 8 years in fact. It was in a bit of a state when I got it:

But it's much better now:

I've gradually put it back to stock - ie replaced the rotten parts of the heating system and made sure there are no air leaks to reduce the amount of heat that gets to the front. My heat exs are OEM - the after markets are poor with little heat transfer - much less efficient vanes:

I have added a booster fan with a 2 stage switch for those really cold winter days when I want to pull the heat to the screen and cab.Look here

I've also made a full height fabric partition that velcros on behind the cab seats to reduce the volume of air that needs to be heated to keep the cab warm in the winter - I seldom carry passengers in the back! I have added a Propex that heats the back - no provision to duct this to the cab.

I have no experience to share with you re j-tubes - it'll be interesting to hear if there any power gains to be had - we could all do with more horses!

Van is looking good, I will be installing a fan at some stage too so your info page will be of great help to me

Gasure Steve said I should get about 5% more power, but I wont really be going any faster :)
