Kev sent the second email out at about 6.20 on Monday evening and you are definitely in the distribution list - I have just checked.

as i said, if you'd have contacted one of us it would have been sorted, you chose not to, you chose to deal with it differently

Kev , I didnt know about the second email and the way too get in thats why I didnt contact anybody,

When I could not get in today I contacted Clive ....

you knew when the agm was, you new jenny, clive and myself were involved with organizing it, if you felt you were being left out why not ask one of us directly?

just picked up this thread and to let everyone know I also did not recieve any notification of the AGM,and I was vice-chairman,guess neither of us are welcome then!!?

I received email a couple of weeks ahead of everything happening. Is your email address correct?

Just to add to this.

I got the first one but not the second.

Been so busy with work I had forgot about the AGM date and hadn't had time to check in here either - so I missed it. I'd call that a lost communication - thats all.

I appreciate there can be problems with email lists and though the problems may/may not have been resolved this time perhaps a more organised / clear system could be sorted for next time.

Going to register now and find out what happened.

Euan didn't get the e-mail either.......although I did....

I apologise for not taking part in the AGM, and for not having met any of you except CJ. We were on holiday without internet access at the time, and until the whole family can get in the syncro you wont see me.
That does not mean that I dont appreciate what you guys do, and would like to be more useful in the future. Keep up the good work, and I will see you all soon. Simon.

I haven't received an email from 80=90 sense 25th. Mocki said something about others not getting them too and is working on problem.
