If I only get 32 points on my MOT next month I will be well chuffed!!

Including buying van I have spent about £2k so far this year and I still have to MOT it...on the plus side I have had so many "holidays" and days out in it in last 6 months it has probably still been cheaper than our normal summer holidays abroad!

never let a list put you off...even I could fix some of them and I am useless

Oh and the first thing me and the wife did was made curtains - prioritise!

we like this one!! Very tempting!

We are both EXTREMELY disheartened by MOT bits. In april it only had 4 things it failed on its been driven 7 miles since the MOT in April and developed another 28 things! ARGH!!

One sad Sue! :(

right.... thats it!

*Pops* As i called him! Is going!!

We havent given up yet and arent going to excercise our right to cancel the insurance within 14 days! We WILL have another camper!!

We have a budget of about £2500, dont want anything fancy! (pimp my camper on ebay is nice just a wee bit expensive!) Something with an MOT doesnt HAVE to be taxed but would prefer it!!

Steve and I are away with the children the last week of August and would love to be able to take them in a camper!! (lets be honest even the best couldnt get pops livable in that time!)

We have seen this one http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... :IT&ih=008 but not sure!! Might go and have a look at it tomorrow!

This camper thing is making my brain ache!

Sorry to hear that good luck looking, these campers are a bit of a nightmare I had to spend a fair old bit on mine getting the rust cut out but it was only cosmetic
I think I am right but the water cooled ones are slightly newer and had better rust protection and as a biased owner Autosleeper have a good camping interior, failing that you can get a tin top van fit a poptop or hightop and go for a homebrew and slowly put the interior mods in you want to spread the cost. :D

Hi Sue,
Sorry to hear about your problems. Campers are expensive things. You'll always be paying out on something but it is worth the hassle when you are away enjoying yourself most weekends. Good luck with the search :)
