Def has filler plate inside the channel section then?

as syncrosimon, no filler plate, seems like a combination of both

MY 16 hast got(1989) and neither dose my twin slider 14(1991)
Personaly have never seen these on a syncro.
But i do know that on early syncros they had no extra strengthening around front suspension.

no filler plate, flanges round the back few holes, none round front
89 kombi LHD single slider, no sunroof

The flanges are the same on all.Flat in the front and flanged from about a 1/4 way all to the back.

Thanks Russ, thats cleared that up then..
Can we forget flanges please, the whole thrust was really the strengthening fillerplate INSIDE the chassis section - sorry, unfort those photos aren't ideal.
Just thought peeps would be interested in the filler, who's noticed, them that 'av 'em, the that don't

Out of the 4 or so that have been on the ramp this week none have had this.
Mine (single cab) - nope
16" crew cab - nope.
14" Doka - nope.
14" Caravelle with lots of toys - nope.
