have to agree re elite - about £800 for a 1.9w/c and running fine nearly a year later. Great yard as well-I wondered if they might have a sideline in holidays for t25 saddoes cold have spent weeks just wondring and looking

Picked up my new engined bus today - the Elite chaps were a good bunch - had a very smooth ride home and now I'm looking forward to running it in and not hearing horrible noises coming from the back any longer
Now to get the electrics done!!!

this does sound appealing, a few questions
Total cost (of engine + vat)
What does it include (exhaust/carb etc)
How much does fitting cost?
very interested to hear peoples opinions on elite
What are the benefits of a genuive vag over these engines??

I paid around £1800 for a new VW engine fitted locally, was only £300 more than a recon, so weighed up the odds and went for it. Since fitting it's never missed a beat, with normal servicing.

I didn't think there were any new T3 engines. I thought they were all recon.
