I'll let you know how it goes, but it'll be after the bank holiday now.

I need to do this and don't want to end up posting on Itchyfeets procrastination thread! I'm guessing you aren't too far from me, Chewbacca. Could I come and have a look when you've done it?

More than welcome mate, provided you promise not to laugh at the panel rust.

Finally had a spare few hours to look at this.
2 cans of s50 empty, 3 cans of ub empty.

Got hand it to dynax, the stuff goes on easy. Doesn't give a thick cover like a traditional underseal and brush, but seems to get everywhere with ease.
The s50 goes into the chassis rails and sills using their funny long tube applicator thingy. Does it cover the entire of the inside? I've no clue. Appears to have done the job, but there's so much all over the floor now I'm not crawling under the bus to check out tonight.

The 2 cans of s50 have done both rails and both sills completely.
The 3 cans of ub have done under the tank, to the edge of the bus at the sides of the tank and a foot or so in front and behind. I've probably put this on too thick, but I'm good with that.

I'll get photos before the tank goes back in.

If you want to come inspect mate, pm me. Friday evening might be good for me if that suits?

What is the real world difference between the S50 and the UB you used?

I use 4941 on the underside, and ML in the cavities. You'll never go back to old fashioned tar based gunk!

That ^^^ is why I was asking chewbacca what the difference is between the S50 and the UB that he used. There are so many different types, as per on that Dinitrol webpage, it would take ages to make a decision as to which one to buy for which type of job

E D I T = of course, one could simply follow your advice Andrew ;)

Dynax S50 - designed for cavities. Comes with applicator to do this.
Dynax UB - use as a traditional underseal.

At least that's what their tech guy told me when I rang them, so that's what I've done.
