Design: I looked around at other ideas being used, I think the large end vents I nicked from CJH on here, the zip up windows were from a photo on the vw vikings facebook page, I think kingswood recommended the rain flap and I asked for velcro straps every 30cm so I could run a warm white LED strip as a porch light.
Material is what Kingswood work with, about half the thickness of the original, much lighter but still tough/strong and whilst it needed the seems sealed a couple of times it's been good over the past few years.
