Running through a carb??
I would love to get more torque out of the CU, would make hills so much better with the auto box and only 3 gears.

I've seen Super Chargers on air cooled flat-4's. Forced induction might be a better option!

Don't even need 140 bhp, 80 or 90 would be good being realistic.
I assume the carbs is a special one that allows air to be blocked not through at high pressure

Dellorto made a carb suitable for turbo applications, they still sell the parts to convert the standard dellorto carbs.

A few o rings is that the only difference!! I thought it might be a compleatley different beast to cope with the high inlet pressure
