Agree. And if it is fuel, fit an electric pump and be done with it. Best thing I fitted to mine in last two years as it was often difficult to start if left for a few days and eventually got to the stage when it would just die unexpectedly. Mechanical pumps are fantastically reliable when everything is as it should be, but as theres not much between a mech and electric on price, if you get trouble, electric is a better bet.

Mine does cut out sometimes for no reason at all then will be absolutely fine. Does sound like fuel from what advice you keep giving. Can anyone point me in the right direction of we're to buy from. What to buy and how to install as I'm no mechanic. I will try the fuel in the carb at the weekend.
