Exhaust manifold is early passat td, turbo is vnt 20 from v6 tdi, inlet is modified afn, you still can't go to block with oil return when block is at 50 deg as where oil return enters block it goes uphill which is not ideal. Turbo did need reclocking but not redrilling as holes in vnt ring line up.

Intercooler has been bypassed just why I run it in. We normally fit modified 5 turbo one to customers vehicles which works well, but I am doing something a little more one off so watch this space.

Cheers Keith, puts a smile on my face every time I drive it. Photos make it look easy but I have put a serious amount of hours in.
