Those silicon sheets are so darned handy. Its no good for say, a top carb gasket as it tends to displace on thin edges but its fine for exterior seals, base of carb, seals for water containers, and stands incredibly high temperatures too. Its also good if you do any soldering as it make an excellent protective mat for surfaces. Nice and easy to cut.

Exellent in a camper as you can plonk hot pans on it. :D

So I was creating some gaskets in work, cleaning up the equipment and making some templates from card. I was just marking it on some silicon sheet when one of my co workers asked what I was up to. When I told him he simply said "why not just take them to the rubber room". Apparently we have a rubber room in work where they make gaskets!

Anyway, top job in the end, they did a cracking job.:lol:
