I used oxy acetalene and burnt the buggers out, but you could try drilling. cutting and whatever else you can think of to weaken and break away the bushes so they'll come out.

Bollox, was hoping there was going to be a 'neat' tip/technique for their removal. May have to resort to pressing them out.

The other possibility is to do the reversal of putting them in (ie high tensile bolt, washers and a big socket) but I found surface rust tends to hold the old bush fast. It certainly helps if you can weaken the bushes somehow.
