Hi MGP,
Yea they are deinitely 130's. I have some 108's from a MK4 golf too, although I don't think they are going to be the 32/33 internal spline ones.
Perhaps they used both flange types on the in-line boxes?

After a trip to the scrap yard today I'm even more confused, I found a Petrol Passat with 108mm CV's, so I thought perhaps I'd just havd to change the flanges, wasted about an hour wresting the flange out of the box only to find that the internal splines are smaller on the petrol (where they engage the Diff). There was a DHL gearbox the same as mine laying nearby so I compared the two (after ripping that drive flange out too).
Are you using a petrol box in yours MGP?
Dave.

Yes petrol box in mine as its bolted to an aaz.
Sorry if i have caused any confusion i had all sorts of problems when i did mine as it was unheard of at the time.
Is there enough flat surface on the 130's to redrill at 108?

That's what I'm going to look at doing next, I have 2 scrap 130 cvs so will look to see if It's possible to chop them down and attach an adapter plate to them. They're a lot longer than the 108 or 100mm ones.
The 130s have 3 rollers rather than 6 balls, which means there should be at least 3 good mounting holes, then the adapter can welded too.
